Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Waterfall Sounds → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

I subscribed on another device. How do I restore on this one?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Your premium status will sync within a few seconds.

Can I use the app offline?

Tracks stream from our CDN, so an internet connection is required for the first play of each track. Some tracks may be cached after first listen.

The audio stops in the background. Why?

Make sure background audio is allowed (it is by default). If iOS Low Power Mode is on, background playback may be suspended. Disable Low Power Mode and re-open the app.

I bought Premium but tracks are still locked.

Try Settings → Restore purchases. If the issue persists, email support@erbacciltd.com with your Apple ID order number.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or email privacy@erbacciltd.com. Your account and synced favorites are deleted within 30 days.

Is my data shared with advertisers?

No. We don't run ads and we don't use any advertising SDK. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of services we use (Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat).
