Privacy Policy — Waterfall Sounds

This Privacy Policy explains how Waterfall Sounds ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the iOS app published by Erbacci Ltd.

1. Information we collect

Waterfall Sounds is designed to minimize data collection. We collect the following only when needed to provide the service:

• Account data (email, display name, Apple/Firebase user ID) — only if you choose to sign in with Apple or email. Used to sync favorites and your premium membership across your devices. Stored on Google Firebase.
• Purchase data (subscription status, transaction ID, original purchase date) — handled by Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We never see your payment method.
• Device info (iOS version, device model, anonymous app instance ID) — used by Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics for stability and aggregate usage. No precise location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers.
• Technical logs (crash reports, error stack traces) — collected only when the app crashes, to help us fix bugs.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not read your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, calendar, reminders, or health data.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate your account and sync your favorites and premium status.
• To validate active subscriptions and grant access to premium audio tracks.
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
• To respond to your support requests.

4. Third-party services we use

• Apple Sign in with Apple, Apple In-App Purchase — authentication and billing. Apple Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics — account management and stability telemetry. Firebase Privacy.
• RevenueCat — subscription receipt validation. RevenueCat Privacy.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). Crash and analytics data are retained for up to 90 days in aggregated form.

6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@erbacciltd.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

Waterfall Sounds is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in the United States by Firebase and RevenueCat under standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
